Sweet and Sticky Beef Short Ribs

If easy-to-make meals are important to you, then this recipe is for you. While it is one of the simplest beef dishes I have ever made, it tastes like something that took most of the day to create. Yummy beef ribs, slowly cooked in a sweet and sticky sauce. To quote the Mr. Food television chef that starred on one of the news channels when I was a kid, “Oh, it’s so good!”

Layer your ingredients in your slow cooker, ribs first:

Toss in onion:

Pour in the BBQ sauce:

Add the pineapple juice:

Lastly, pour in the cola:

Cover with the lid and turn your slow cooker on to high. Cook for 4 hours. Wasn’t that easy?

The ribs will be falling off of the bone and full of flavor. Enjoy!
